Hi guys...

Lookin forward to being able to customise one's greeting?, is it in the pipeline?. Also, any way u can change the number of rings before VM kicks in?. Some have hung up before getting to VM, is it pre-defined how many rings they get etc?.... 6/7 rings should be sufficient, it's something like 17 at mo.

There is no definitive date set for this yet, all I can say is it's in the pipeline.

It will be one of the next features introduced.

There are a few methods of forwarding with SIP. The most common method used on SIP phones is called RE-INVITE. RE-INVITE forwarding is supported to other sip accounts but not to regular phone lines. This means the call forward settings on most SIP phones will not work to a mobile or landline.

Another method is proxy forwarding, that means it would be controlled from the web-page, we have plans to implement this but it's not ready yet.

You can also use B2BUA (Back to back user agent) forwarding. This would be common on PBX systems, you can do this if you use a SIP PBX like asterisk.

Is it possible to forward calls to a mobile instead of the voicemail at present?
