Two things:
1. I have a Sipura SPA-1001 ATA with firmware version 2.0.13(SEg). When I make an outgoing call, I hear the ringing tone but it seems to be doubled. That is, there are two ringing tones concurrently (both the same tone). If the call is subsequently connected to a voicemail, one of the two ringing tones continues. The result is that I will hear (for example) "the vodafone customer you are calling cannot be reached..", together with a ringing tone (as if the call is not yet connected). Any ideas? 2. Secondly, I have a local 051 incoming number since I live in Waterford. I'd be handy if when I made outgoing calls the caller ID were sent. Is this possible? At present, all the receiving party gets is "caller ID unavailable" when I call them. Thanks.

Sounds like a firmware problem, it's not a service issue. Perhaps you can contact sipura or try the latest firmware update. > > 2.
