Hello there, in what areas in Ireland are the geographic numbers available?

Currently only '01' but we seem to have got everything organised now to provide other regional numbers, unfortunately there were some difficulties. Keep yourself on the freespeech news mailing list for updates.

you need to request the number from the help-desk via email stating that you are entitled to it as you live within the 01 area.

Hi again. Thank you for your response.
Just another question which is probably a thick question but I'm new to the digital world of communication so please forgive me!
Rates:
freespeech to freespeech FREE
freespeech to VOIP worldwide FREE

If a person has a local number, is that the same line like? is that free?
for example if me and a friend both set it up separately in our homes and then got full access and a local number, would it be free for us to call each other from and to the local numbers... like can we ditch the 076 number once we have local numbers?

rates are indicated on the rates page [www.freespeech.ie]

if you dial the local number you will be charged local rates. You always keep the 076 number, use this for making your calls and it will be free.
