Does Freespeech Refund if not happy with service.

Hi

I wonder does anyone know if you got for the full package €20 and you are not happy with the service do they give refund of what ever is left of the credit.

The answer to that is no, but you can use up your credit and there are no monthly charges.

Thanks, so even if I have quality issues you cannot refund anything?

Is there a way to add small credit like €5 to the account.

No, try an echo test and incoming calls on your free account, if you are happy with the quality then continue and upgrade with €20 to FULL-ACCESS.
