can not make this thing working. will not register and busy tone in phone line. Any Help?

The first thing you've got to do is get it to register.

1) Make sure your user/password is correct
2) Make sure your settings are correct
3) Make sure your Firewall is not blocking port 5060
4) Mail screenshots of yoru config to the help desk
5) Contact the help desk and ask them to trace the issue
