Just thought I'd share the following dial plan than can be used on freespeech.ie using a Sipura ATA.
(999|911|112|11[013-9]x.|1[02689]x.|<:01>[24-8]xxxxxx|0[78][567][0-46-9]xxxxxx|08[567]5xxxxxxx|0[0-69]x.|*x.) There will be no pause for emergency numbers, operator numbers, Dublin numbers, VoIP numbers and mobile numbers. It automatically inserts 01 before dublin numbers. If you live outside Dublin you can change the <:01>[24-8]xxxxxx portion to suit whatever is your local dial plan.
Very useful, helps a lot..
One question though, as a newbie to the ATA field, what does this portion of the dial plan mean? 0[0-69]x.|*x. Cheers..
0[0-69]x. - This will allow international calls 00x. and dialing national 053 for example.
*x. - this allows you dial with leading asterisk on phone pad '*' For a tutorial on linksys/sipura plans - [www.netphonedirectory.com]
Hi, I've put in the dial plan as:
(999|911|112|S1 11[013-9]x.|1[025689]x.|<:01>[24-8]xxxxxx|<:071>[2-9]xxxxxx|08[3567]xxxxxxx|18[059]0xxxxxx|0x.|*x.) It works for both Dublin and Sligo numbers being local calls and ringing quickly. However mobile calls and national calls are taking longer to dial. Has anyone any suggestions? Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
